Corporate structure of TürkTraktör, which is the oldest manufacturer organization still in operation in the Turkish automotive industry, comprises of a joint venture by and between Koç Holding, an embodiment of trust in Turkey and CNH Industrial, one of the largest tractor and agricultural equipment manufacturer in the world.

TürkTraktör, one of Turkey's production pioneers, started its industrial life in 1954 and has become one of the most important organizations of our country with its exports to 125 countries, mainly in North America and Europe. TürkTraktör, which is capable of producing New Holland, Case IH and Steyr brand tractors concurrently is the only design center for New Holland TDD as well as Case IH JX series tractors and miscellaneous special series in the world; it is also the main production center for Utility Light series tractors and the only design-engineering and production center for 66 series transmissions in the world.

TürkTraktör which also entered into construction machinery market through such Case and New Holland brand products as mini loaders, backhoes, compact loaders, wheeled loaders, mini excavators, tracked excavators, etc. in 2013, added a new dimension to its corporate growth.
