Summer Festival

The Summer Festival is one of our most special gatherings, bringing together our colleagues and their families. At the Memorables Ceremony, we celebrate the dedication, contributions, and long-standing efforts of our colleagues who have been part of TürkTraktör’s journey for many years. At the same time, with the The Most Successful TürkTraktör Employees Project Awards, we recognize innovative ideas and impactful projects, make success visible across our organization, and share the pride of achieving together.

At the Well-being and Summer Harvest Event, we bring our colleagues together for experiences centered around healthy living, personal development, and enjoyment. Sports Festivals

TürkTraktör Sports Festival and the Koç Group Sports Festival strengthen team spirit, and the share excitement of achieving together with the thanks to sports. On April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, we welcome the children of our colleagues to our production facilities, offering them the opportunity to experience our manufacturing environment through engaging activities, interactive experiences, and memorable moments. We provide future generations with a holiday celebration while introducing them to our culture of production and innovation.
