Erenler Factory
Opened on the 60th anniversary of TürkTraktör’s establishment, the Erenler Plant—Europe’s largest tractor factory in terms of production volume—is built on a total area of 395,959 m², including 84,772 m² of enclosed space.
Primarily focused on assembly, paint shop, and quality control processes, the Erenler Plant operates with four assembly lines (including pre- and post-paint lines), two robotic paint shops (with 8 robots in the tractor paint shop and 2 robots in the cab frame paint shop), a cathodic electrocoating (e-coat) line, one cab assembly line, and one final tractor inspection line.With the Solar Power Plant (SPP) installed on the factory roof, a significant portion of the plant’s electricity demand is met through renewable energy sources, making a strong contribution to its environmental sustainability performance.
The new 8,000 m² cab frame production facility, commissioned in the first quarter of 2025, includes robotic welding, cathodic electrocoating, and painting processes. The facility features a 12-robot welding line, a 2-robot paint shop, and high levels of automation with AMR and AGV robots, as well as Industry 4.0 applications. Distinguished by its quality and flexibility in responding to customer demands, the facility operates with 100% robotic control and Class V paint standards.In addition, TürkTraktör has been producing TR6, T4S, Bluemaster, and HI-LO series cabs at the Erenler Plant since 2022, which were previously sourced from abroad and external suppliers.
The two-storey paint shop within the facility, where the latest painting technologies in the agricultural machinery sector are applied, stands as one of the most advanced tractor body painting workshops in its class.
By achieving high-quality electrostatic painting applications, maximum productivity and flexibility are ensured, while safety, ergonomics, and environmental standards are addressed with the utmost precision.The Erenler Plant is equipped with advanced treatment systems with capacities of 525 m³/day for biological treatment, 120 m³/day for continuous chemical treatment, and 45 m³/day for batch chemical treatment.
With Europe’s highest-capacity assembly lines, the Erenler Plant manufactures state-of-the-art tractor models that protect the environment with their emission levels.
