In case you meet the commercial and technical conditions of the products and services in your field of activity, the candidate suppliers go through the Supplier Implementation process. Within the scope of this process, it is evaluated to cover many steps such as commercial, business ethics, environment and quality, and audit processes are initiated. 
Türk Traktör Supplier Evaluation System is calculated over many criterias. Basically, shipping, quality and after-sales performances are taken into consideration, and this criterion is calculated over determined weight points. According to the results of the performance evaluation system, the areas open to improvement of the supplier are determined and improvement is requested from the supplier.
After the price, payment terms and sample delivery conditions are determined as a result of the agreement made by the Purchasing Team, the Supply Development team reporting to the Supply Chain Assistant General Manager forward the serial production orders to the suppliers, following the relevant sample approval. With the opening of the orders, confirmations and shipments are made to the requested production facility. Our company expects our suppliers, one of the most important links of the supply chain, to have a similar and harmonious flexibility in line with this purpose. All shipments made by the supplier based on the order, in the amount and time specified in the order. The materials are also expected to comply with the Technical Drawings, Specifications and Instructions, national and international Standards/Directives and Regulations.
Our suppliers must establish, document, implement, maintain and continuously improve the quality management system that ensures performance improvement and reduction of deviations and waste. Some documents requested from the supplier form an opinion on whether the expectations are met or not. These; Having management standards certificates such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, etc., audits carried out by the Supplier Industry Quality teams, target quality performance during the year in line with quality criteria, Supplier Evaluation System score, after-sales customer complaints data such as return rates are monitored and reported.
