Ankara Factory
The TürkTraktör Ankara Factory is the leader in the agricultural machinery sector thanks to its flexible structure developed to best meet the ever-changing demands of the market, allowing the manufacturing of various types of products in a cost-efficient manner.
The Ankara Factory adopts various manufacturing methods in horizontal integration, and performs heat treatment, machining, body, engine, front axle, hydraulic lifter assemblies and tests under the same roof, proving the flexibility and the quality of the facility.
Engine block, crankshaft, cylinder head, connecting rod, all body boxes, hydraulic lifter components, differential box, brake system, various types of axles, shafts and gears are manufactured at the Ankara Factory with pre- and post heat treatments.The facility also supplies parts and components to other CNH Industrial facilities, especially the Erenler Factory, via two body, one front axle and one engine assembly line as well as end-of-line test systems.
With the investments made in recent years, the Ankara Factory has further improved its quality and cost advantages by adding gear wheels to gear manufacturing processes such as final drive, timing gears, wheel axle, and differential axle
