Ankara Factory
The ability to incorporate various manufacturing methods through horizontal integration, and to carry out processes such as heat treatment, machining, assembly of body, engine, front axle and hydraulic lift units, as well as testing processes under one roof through vertical integration, demonstrates the flexibility and high production quality of the Ankara Factory.
Core tractor components such as the engine block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rod, transmission case and transmission parts, hydraulic lift components, differential housing, various axle and shaft types, ring and pinion gear sets, timing and gear wheels, front axle components, and short shafts are manufactured at the Ankara Plant.
With its production lines and end-of-line testing systems, the facility also supplies parts and components to other CNH Industrial plants, particularly the Erenler Plant.In addition, thanks to the Solar Power Plant (SPP) installed on the factory roof and the renewable energy generated at the Sivas SPP facility, the entire electrical energy demand of the factory is met from renewable sources. This practice is one of the key steps that strengthen the environmental sustainability of production processes.
