Recruitment Journey - Shop Floor
We are collecting applications for our candidate pool, seeking individuals who will align with TürkTraktör's work culture, through our social media and corporate website. General applications, open to individuals aged 18 and above, are included in the candidate assessment process based on position requirements. Eligible candidates are invited to our employer for General Skills Testing, Vienna Testing, and Interview processes. Upon approval, job offers are presented, concluding our selection process.

We initiate an orientation program for our newly onboarded employees to ensure their quick adaptation into the work culture. Through trainings such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environment Training, Lean Production, Collective Agreement, and Onboarding Training, this program reinforces the work consciousness.
