At TürkTraktör, we collect applications through our social media channels and corporate website to build a candidate pool that aligns with our culture. General applications are open to all candidates aged 18 and above and are evaluated based on position requirements. Candidates who meet the requirements continue through the General Aptitude Test, Vienna Test, and interview stages. At the end of the process, suitable candidates receive a job offer.

After joining the company, our colleagues participate in an orientation program to support their adaptation to the TürkTraktör culture. The program includes Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Lean Manufacturing, Collective Bargaining Agreement Rights, and On-the-Job Training.
