TürkTraktör manufactures different brands and a variety of products under one roof thanks to its production flexibility. With high vertical integration ranging from heat treatment to tractor assembly, leading-edge technologies, and more, it possesses an unparalleled production capacity. Throughout the production journey, where all products are inspected 100% by an expert control team, each product is evaluated from the customer’s perspective not only in the final inspection area but also at all quality control checkpoints.
  In order to elevate all internal processes—especially production—to world-class standards, TürkTraktör carries out its operations within the scope of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology, which is based on lean manufacturing principles. In 2016, TürkTraktör’s Ankara Plant achieved the Bronze level in the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) system. The Erenler Plant, on the other hand, accomplished a significant milestone by reaching the “Silver Plant” level in 2019—only five years after its establishment.
  With its strong production vision, TürkTraktör delivers high-quality and competitive products to many parts of the world, setting leading practices in the industry.  
 
TürkTraktör always operates with a “zero accident” target in the field of occupational health and safety. In line with this goal, while fully implementing the “Safety Pillar” tools of the world-class manufacturing methodology, the company has also embraced digitalization and launched numerous projects. These successful efforts have been recognized with the “Best Practice Examples” award by MESS.
