TürkTraktör has the capacity to produce New Holland and Case IH tractors simultaneously. In 2013, TürkTraktör entered the construction equipment sector as a distributor of Case and New Holland brands, and has been producing domestic backhoe loaders since 2020.

In 2009, TürkTraktör was registered by the Ministry of Industry and Technology as the first R&D Center in its sector. With a total of 5,000 m2 of laboratory and office space, TürkTraktör Ankara R&D Center is the most important R&D center of CNH Industrial in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
