TürkTraktör is proud to establish a new ‘product-oriented dealer structure’ for Big Balers to support farmers in their hard work.TürkTraktör ‘Big Baler Excellence Center’ aims to meet all the sales and after-sales expectations of the farmers operating big balers.
TürkTraktör, the leading manufacturer of the tractor market, created a special dealer structure for big balers, one of the most important products of the agricultural equipment group. Under a new structure called Big Baler Excellence Center, the dealers will be the only point providing high quality service for all the needs of the farmers.
TürkTraktör aims to offer the ‘best sales and after-sales experience’ to the farmers and producers through a more efficient customer follow-up in this product group.
Rehda Cem Akyüz, Chief Sales Officer at TürkTraktör, stated that this special dealer structure composed of a strong and experience dealer network will ensure a more focused approach to this product group, which is already marked by successful products by TürkTraktör. Talking about the criteria taken into account and works carried out during the establishment of the new structure, Rehda Cem Akyüz said: “We made extensive and detailed preparations for relevant sales and after-sales regions, additional investments and special support to be granted to these entrepreneur dealers. Our starting point in selecting New Holland and Case IH dealers to participate in this new structure was to provide maximum benefit to our farmers through highest level of sales and after-sales services. We have a large network of 3S dealers, working in sales, spare parts and service. While designing the Big Bale Excellence Centers, we gave priority to those 3S dealers willing to make an investment in staff and equipment for highest level of service. Moreover, the regional volume of the big baler market and the best way to reach this market were among the basic criteria.”
TürkTraktör Big Baler Excellence Center, composed of the dealers meeting all the criteria, started to serve farmers and producers with six Excellence Centers in six regions under the New Holland sales organization and two Excellence Centers in two regions under the Case IH sales organization.
Mobile Service Teams offering ‘On-Site Response Services’, an indispensable part of the initiative
Rehda Cem Akyüz underlined that the Big Baler Excellence Center dealers will offer services not only in their premises, but also in the field through ‘on-site response’ services by the Mobile Service Teams consisting of fully-equipped service vehicles and experienced technical experts.
“These teams will meet technical service and spare parts needs on site and in the shortest time possible especially during the intensive work season, which does not tolerate any time loss. Thus, TürkTraktör, which has the largest dealer, service and spare parts distribution network in the sector, will continue to offer highest quality services to the owners of balers.”
