TürkTraktör Celebrates World Farmers' Day With a Factory Tour Broadcast online Via Social Media
TürkTraktör celebrated World Farmers' Day of our farmers who are unsung heroes of agricultural production, with a factory tour of Erenler Plant which it broadcast live via social media this year, because of the virus pandemic.May 14, 2020 - This year,TürkTraktör, the leader of tractor market in Turkey, celebrated May 14th, World Farmers' Day which it normally celebrates by holding plant tours and events, with a plant tour which was broadcast online via social media.
During the virtual tour which was held with numerous farmers attending online via internet at Erenler Plant which is the largest plant in Europe, we came together with farmers on social media.
During the virtual celebration hosted by Mr. Rehda Cem Akyüz, Assistant General Manager, in charge of Sales and Mr. Nebi Doğan Özdögül, Assistant General Manager in charge of Production of TürkTraktör, short speeches were delivered, emphasizing place of the farmers in the country's agriculture and how their role becoming even more significant in meeting the ever increasing food demand of the world.
During the speeches the farmers were thanked for the crops they produce working day and night and bring to our table as a result of such heavy labors, for all self-sacrificing work they did.
During the virtual tour which was broadcast live on social media accounts of TürkTraktör, the farmers underwent different experiences at production floor of Erenler Plant which was equipped with the state of the art technology and which plant received "Silver Factory" designation in World Class Manufacturing system at the fifth year of its opening.
