Türktraktör Crowning Its Achievements With Awards In 2020
2020 was marked with new achievements and awards by TürkTraktör in exports, R&D, patent as well as occupational health and safety.Stating that these achievements in a year heavily affected by the pandemic provided a major motivation for TürkTraktör, the CEO Aykut Özüner added: “We have continued to add value to the ecosystem with our investments and innovations in various fields for many years. Exports – Biggest and Most Valuable Brands
Maintaining its leadership for many years in tractor exports with products offered in more than 130 countries, TürkTraktör ranked the first in the Machinery Components in the “Top 1000 Exporters of Turkey” survey carried out by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM)
At the “TIM Stars of Export Competition,” TürkTraktör received the second prize in the “Champions without Borders” category granted to brands with exports to most countries and an increased portfolio of export products.
In “Turkey’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises” survey conducted by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), TürkTraktör gained the 56th place in general assessment and the first place in its sector. TürkTraktör was also recognized as the “37th Most Valuable Brand” and the “Most Valuable Tractor Manufacturer” of Turkey in the 2020 list on the most valuable and strongest brands of Turkey, prepared by Brand Finance.
R&D and Patent
Carrying out significant development works at its two R&D Centers, TürkTraktör is the owner of 179 domestic patents and 11 international patents with a total of 190 patents.
According to the "R&D 250, Companies with the Highest Spending on R&D in Turkey" research conducted by Turkishtime Magazine, TürkTraktör ranked 10th among the companies with the highest number of patents and 32nd among the companies with the highest spending on R&D.
Occupational Health and Safety
Always giving priority to occupational health and safety, TürkTraktör was awarded the TSE Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate for both factories thanks to its Safe Production practices developed for the fight against the pandemic.
Recognized by its good practices in Occupational Health and Safety, TürkTraktör received the 62nd International Occupational Safety Award granted by the British Safety Council. TürkTraktör was also the recipient of two awards in the MESS - Turkish Employers’ Association of Metal Industries OHS Competition. TürkTraktör received the ‘Golden Glove’ award with the “Conscious Farmer, Safe Agriculture” project launched to create safer working areas for farmers, and the ‘Golden Suggestion’ award for the work done by field workers at the Erenler Factory.
