Türktraktör Leaves 1 Year Behind In Construction Equipment Production
TürkTraktör which has offered locally produced backhoe loaders which it has started manufacturing by the beginning of 2020, is preferred by both public and private institutions because of these products.TürkTraktör, continues its successful operations in the market thanks to its Case and New Holland brand construction equipment, such as tracked excavators, wheeled loaders, backhoe loaders, mini loaders, mini excavators, etc. which offer solutions for any kind of construction needs in the field. TürkTraktör made an important investment by the very beginning of 2020 and has started producing backhoe loaders in World Class Manufacturing system and offering the same to consumers as "locally produced" products.
Boğaç Ertekin, Construction Equipment Business Unit Group Manager, who expressed that TürkTraktör upgraded its claim on construction equipment to a higher level, through this investment, said "We are blissful in introducing to our consumers locally produced products in the construction equipment industry which is one of the most significant indicators of the development level of any country and in contributing to industry and economy of Turkey".

Local production was our primary focal point since the very first day we have started operating in this industry and after the realization of this investment we gave a great impetus to our business operations. During 2020 we introduced our locally produced backhoe loaders to our clients from many different industries including not only construction and excavation but also mining, agriculture, landscaping, port administration, etc. We have restructured ourselves in order to better respond to the demand emerged as a result of requirements of the public/governmental institutions and we have started to be included on the list supplied by State Supply Office of Turkey to public/governmental organizations with our New Holland brand locally produced backhoe loaders.
Movement expected to continue in the industry
Boğaç Ertekin drew attention to the fact that investments in many fields such as infrastructure, energy, transportation, mining, agriculture, etc. in spite of the pandemic currently being experienced and made a brief assessment with respect to oncoming year: "We observed that in spite of the pandemic being experienced in 2020, the demand in construction equipment market of Turkey has increased in comparison with the previous year. We forecast that the investments in those industries, wherein construction equipment, especially backhoe loaders, are used extensively, would continue in 2021 too. We have continued our sale and after-sale procedures without a glitch throughout the year within the framework of Covid-19 measures and had a great year which is consistent with our 2020 targets. We offer a vast range of product to the market with our Case and New Holland brands. We have a widespread organization, which is capable of rendering the same high quality services to any customer throughout the country for both our locally produced and imported products in terms of both sales and maintenance services and spare parts supply."
