We have an employment program aimed at bringing in newly graduated young talents under a 6-month contract. Throughout the program, candidates undergo a comprehensive orientation process and experience various value-adding processes such as diverse training sessions, mentorship support, and project work for their personal and technical development.

At the end of this period, based on performance evaluations, they have the opportunity to work in available roles within our organization.
